Developed a robust framework based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize how the Supply Chain Canvas interacts with external data sources and tools. This framework enables query-based agents to fetch real-time data from third-party systems more reliably and securely.

Canvas Insights - MVP
Launched the initial version of Canvas Insights, which automatically generates high-level summaries and identifies trends from complex supply chain datasets. This MVP provides immediate visibility into inventory health and demand shifts without requiring manual data analysis.
Demand Planning
Planner Workbench
Added a "Split" operation to the multi-cell editing feature, enabling planners to take a single value and distribute it across multiple selected time buckets or items. This is particularly useful for top-down planning where a total target needs to be allocated proportionally across a range.
Display Attribute Values at Aggregated Level
Updated the Planning Views and Planner Workbench to display descriptive attribute values even when viewing data at an aggregated hierarchy level. This ensures that planners maintain context for product categories or customer segments when reviewing high-level summaries.
Introduce Attributes in the Planner Workbench (Filter & Views)
Planners can now select and display master data attributes — such as product, customer, location, and source attributes — directly within the Planner Workbench filter panel. Selected attributes appear as dedicated columns on the right side of the Filter Results table, alongside existing hierarchy dimensions and metrics. They also appear across Item, Dimension, and Measure views. Attribute selections and filter criteria are automatically persisted, so planners can return to their previous context without reconfiguring their view.
Addition of Metrics in the Planner Workbench
Planners can now select and view one or more metrics directly within the Planner Workbench filter panel using a new searchable, multi-select dropdown. Selected metrics are dynamically computed and displayed as columns alongside hierarchy values in the filter results table, with exception metrics visually highlighted based on configured thresholds. Metric selections can be updated at any time, and the results table supports sorting by metric values in ascending or descending order.
KPI View in the Planner Workbench
Planners can now view selected KPIs and metrics directly within the Planning View of the Planner Workbench, with values computed for the currently selected item in single-item view and aggregated across all applicable items in multi-item view. Exception-configured metrics are automatically color-coded based on thresholds defined in the Admin app. Planners can show or hide the KPI panel independently for each view via Visibility Settings, and their preferences are persisted across sessions.
Bookmark "Save As" Improvements
When performing a Save As operation on a public or private bookmark, the application now automatically switches to the newly created bookmark as the active view without touching the original bookmark.
This ensures the "unsaved changes" indicator (asterisk) is cleared immediately for both old & new bookmarks, providing a more intuitive experience similar to standard document saving
Enhanced Comment Notifications & Navigation
User mentions in the Planner Workbench now trigger both email and in-app notifications.
Clicking a notification will dynamically recreate the original planning context, including hierarchy levels, filters, and measures, and it automatically highlights the specific time bucket where the comment was made, even if the original bookmark has been modified or deleted.
Filter Selection – Selected Items Priority
To improve usability in long filter lists, all selected items are now displayed at the top of the dropdown menu when editing a filter.
The remaining unselected items continue to be displayed below them in ascending order, eliminating the need for manual scrolling to identify active selections
Pause Forecast
Pause/Disallow Forecast Indicator
Added a visual status indicator to the planning grid to clearly mark planning items where the forecast has been intentionally paused. This prevents confusion during the planning process by explicitly showing why certain time series are not generating future demand.
Unit of Measure (UOM) Support
Overrides with Non-Base and Local Units of Measure
Planners can now enter override values in a non-base or local unit of measure (UOM) directly from the Planning View. The system automatically converts the entered value to the base UOM for storage and processing, while displaying results in the selected UOM. UOM options that lack valid conversion factors or are not common across all selected planning items are shown in a disabled state to prevent invalid overrides.
Audit Trail for Overrides in Non-Base Unit of Measure
The audit trail now captures override values entered in a non-base or local unit of measure (UOM), recording both the selected UOM value and its corresponding base UOM equivalent for full transparency. Each audit record includes user details, timestamp, previous and updated values, and clearly distinguishes between the Selected UOM and Override UOM in the audit pop-up. This ensures planners have a complete, accurate history of planning decisions with consistent base UOM values as the source of truth for all calculations.

Replenishment Planning MVP
Run Replenishment Plan for Specific Item Filters
Implemented a targeted replenishment execution feature that allows planners to run the solver for a specific subset of items, such as those belonging to a single supplier or product family. This significantly reduces processing time by avoiding full-system runs when only a small portion of the plan needs updating.
Reorder Point Enhancement
The replenishment engine now triggers reorder points when projected inventory ≤ safety stock level, ensuring replenishment orders are initiated before the safety buffer begins to be consumed.
Replenishment Order Placement for Lead Time Exceeding Planning Horizon
Min-Max Inventory replenishment now correctly generates an order in the current planning bucket when the item lead time exceeds the remaining horizon before a projected shortage, aligning its behavior with Due Orders.
Replenishment Planning - enhanced configuration support
- Replenishment & Transfer Order Enhancements: We have introduced new administrative configurations to provide greater control over replenishment planning:
- Primary Source for Internal Transfers: Administrators can now toggle between "Sourcing Network" and "Product Sourcing Network" (PSN) as the primary entity for internal transfers.
- The system now prioritizes PSN records to allow for product-specific exceptions.
- The system continues to create Purchase/Production orders using PSN as reference where Internal Transfers doesn’t fulfill the demand.
- BOM Source Configuration: A new setting allows users to define the source for Bill of Materials (BOM) explosion, choosing between the standard "BOM" or the "BOM Location Master" to drive Dependent demand calculation or for raw material replenishment planning.
- Min-Max Inventory Configuration from Product Location Master
- The Min-Max Inventory configuration has been enhanced to support direct configuration from the Product Location Master. All 3 attributes Enable Min-Max Inventory, Min-Max Minimum Inventory, and Min-Max Maximum Inventory can be configured directly in the Product Location Master.
- This enhancement provides greater flexibility by allowing new implementations to manage Min-Max Inventory settings directly at the Product Location level.
- Existing implementations that use the Product Sourcing Network (PSN) for Min-Max Inventory configuration remain fully supported and continue to function without any changes, ensuring complete backward compatibility.
- Backward Compatibility: These enhancements are designed to be backward compatible and will not impact existing customer configurations unless explicitly changed by an administrator

Inspect Data
Add Record Creation Widget in Inspect Data
Developed a new UI widget within the Inspect Data tool that enables customer admins/planners to manually create new records for any entity. This provides a quick way to add missing data points, add new relationships for planning, or test configuration changes without a full data load.
Other Improvements
Manage Cycle Roll Jobs
Improved the reliability of cycle roll operations by adding controlled execution and the ability for admins to safely cancel jobs that are in progress.
Segmentation Results Download Fix
Fixed an issue in the Segmentation module where the 9-box details export was only downloading the records visible on the current page instead of the entire dataset.
