Once you select the Filter criteria and Hierarchy level, you can choose to apply other parameters by using saved preferences instead of selecting them on the forecast creation form.

Create a forecast using saved preferences.

Pre-configured forecast settings can be used to create the forecast. To select these settings, click "Choose Saved Forecast Settings" on the Create Forecast page. The available forecast templates will be displayed only after the hierarchy level is applied on the create screen.

The “Choose Saved Forecast Settings” button will not be enabled if the hierarchy level is not selected on the create screen, as shown below.

After selecting the hierarchy, the planner can click the “Choose saved forecast settings” button.

Clicking on the “Choose saved forecast settings” following screen will appear.

The above screen will show templates based on the selected hierarchy level in the create screen.

For example, if the selected hierarchy is Product: Region: all: all, clicking “Choose saved forecast settings” will create the templates at the same level.

To select the saved settings, click the checkbox for the required template and then click the Continue button, as shown below.

After selecting the pre-configured forecast settings, the advanced settings will be enabled, displaying all the configured settings in the forecast creation screen.

Click the "Run Forecast" button to create a forecast using the pre-configured settings.
