Delete NPI Plan

The Delete NPI Plan feature allows users to permanently remove an existing New Product Introduction (NPI) plan from the system. This is typically used when a plan is no longer relevant, was created in error, or has been replaced by a more accurate plan configuration.

To delete an NPI plan, navigate to the NPI Plan list screen and click the Delete icon associated with the plan you want to remove.
When you initiate this action, a confirmation pop-up will appear to ensure that the deletion is intentional.

In the pop-up, click the Delete button again to proceed.
Once confirmed, the system will permanently remove the NPI plan from the list. This action cannot be undone, and the deleted plan will no longer be available for viewing, editing, or reuse.

A successful toaster "NPI plan deleted successfully" will appear on the screen after clicking the Delete button.

What happens after an NPI Plan is deleted?

Once the NPI plan is deleted, you won’t be able to see the details, and the respective NPI Results will also be deleted from the database. 

Please note that the application allows you to create multiple NPI Plans for each new product. In this case, each NPI Plan works like a scenario. You can delete a few unnecessary scenarios.

Each NPI Plan result will be available separately and will not be overwritten with the new NPI Plan if the same item is used.
