• Run: Run permissions are available only in the data management section for the cycle roll.

• Publish:

• Approval: These feature-specific settings become visible only when the following capabilities are enabled for the tenant related to Inventory or Replenishment planning:

• Demand Fulfillment

• Proposed Orders.

• Planned Purchase Orders

• Trigger: Once enabled and saved, users can initiate supply and replenishment plan generation directly from the UI.

• Generate Supply Plan button.

• Generate Replenishment Plan button.

• These appear on the Demand Fulfillment and Proposed/Planned Purchase Orders screens.

Publish: Once enabled and saved, this feature allows users to publish the approved purchase orders to ERP systems.

• This action adds the Publish Approved Orders to ERP button to the Proposed Orders or Planned Purchase Orders screens.

Approval: Enabling this option allows users to approve the draft orders generated in the proposed order/planner purchase order details screen

• Users will see the Approve button on the Proposed Orders or Planned Purchase Orders Details screen.
