Inactive users
If a user account's status is set to Inactive, the user cannot access the platform until the status is changed to Active. When an inactive user attempts to log in, the following toaster message will appear on the screen: User account is Inactive.
Deleted user
A deleted user has been successfully removed from the application and cannot access it using their credentials. If a deleted user tries to log in, the following toaster message will appear: "No account exists with the username."
